The firm is spearheaded by James Noske and excels at providing practical advice, exceptional service and quality in a cost efficient manner. Mr. Noske went to Moorhead State College, majored in psychology and business administration, and graduated with a BA degree in 1974. In 1970 he took over his father’s lucrative real estate business and combined it with a mortgage brokerage business. In 1977 he graduated from St. Cloud State with a MBA. Mr. Noske was always fascinated with the law and did the vast majority of the real estate documentation and financing documentation for the closings.

Mr. Noske attended William Mitchell College of Law, and completed an internship with the Minnetonka’s prosecutor’s office involving criminal matters. In 1988, he passed the Minnesota and North Dakota bar exams. Mr. Noske continued in his businesses and used his legal knowledge to handle litigation that involved corporations he was involved with, and other matters, appearing in federal court hundreds of times. In about 2007 Mr. Noske entered into a partnership providing adult foster care services under a (245A license) and wavered services (245D license) and continues to be deeply involved. Sensing the huge gap of professional legal knowledge and practical advice in the provider services area – particularly by small providers – he created Noske law firm.
