James is very knowledgeable about the law and what should be said and what shouldn’t. Our daycare license was temporarily suspended, conditionally suspended, and then in the revocation stage, when I finally asked for help. An allegation is a poison, not proven that the county runs with. The allegation of a family member, not my husband or I is the reason for legal actions taken against us. The allegation was not on our property, or during daycare hours of operation. Background : I was a nursing assistant for 10+years, ran a daycare a total of about 5 years, and we, my husband and I; fostered children for 13+years and even adopted 2 children. The revocation meant I could no longer do any of those things. Crushing yes. James Noske was the lion we needed to step in. Thanks to James Noske my husband and I are able to work in any health care/child care field we choose.
