I am an AFC provider in southern Minnesota. I contacted Noske Law Firm in 2013 and was told I needed to get a 245D license to bill for certain waivered services beginning January 1st 2014. Numerous other persons were telling me I did not need a 245D license to bill for these services, causing me a loss of income for several months. I then retained James to obtain my 245D.
