James was not at the beginning of our fight, but I do believe if he was, it wouldn’t have gone so far in the wrong direction.  James is very knowledgeable about the law and what should be said and what shouldn’t. Our daycare license was temporarily suspended, conditionally suspended, and then in the revocation stage, when I finally asked for help.  An allegation is a poison, not proven that the county runs with.  The allegation of a family member, not my husband or I is the reason for legal actions taken against us. The allegation was not on our property, or during daycare hours of operation.  Background : I was a nursing assistant for 10+years, ran a daycare a total of about 5 years, and we, my husband and I; fostered children for 13+years and even adopted 2 children.  The revocation meant I could no longer do any of those things. Crushing yes. James Noske was the lion we needed to step in.  Thanks to James Noske my husband and I are able to work in any health care/child care field we choose.
